We understand that plans can change, and life can get unexpectedly busy. However at Spooky Dos, there charge a 40% cancellation fee for any no shows or cancellations within a 48 hour window of your scheduled appointment. We simply ask that if you need to change or cancel your visit, you let us know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to another client. Our priority is making your salon experience flexible and stress-free. Thank you for keeping us in the loop!
